HALT! WHO GOES THERE? IDENTITY YOURSELF!


Don’t create an identity crisis! It is very important to pay attention to and identify your weaknesses before diving into your training program. Keep in mind that sometimes you may feel the need to throw in an extra set or two to bring things into balance and that’s perfectly fine. We’ll focus in on everything from the physical and mental performance aspect. Understand that the body is comprised of many different moving parts and should be trained as such. 


By breaking everything down into body parts it will be easier to identify where you’re physically compromised. Once we bring everything together later on in your training you’ll feel a new sense of power and a heightened level of conditioning. Don’t rack your gains! What does this mean? It means when shit gets tough you have to push through. Should you have to rack your weights during the middle of your working set due to muscle failure it’s perfectly fine.

 

There’s one thing for you to know at this point, you must also hold yourself accountable. If the set is (10) reps and you only complete (8), you owe me (2+1). Every time you rack, you add. Doing just enough to get the job done doesn’t cut it. We have a standard, it’s high and we won’t compromise it!
